Covid-19 Private Viewing registration & consent
Thank you for your interest in visiting one of our listed properties, holding a viewing at your property or receiving an appraisal from us.
To keep everyone safe and under the Government Level 3 requirements prior to any visit we must have each person living at the property and the people visiting the property complete the following form which will be stored securely.
Please note that no more than 2 people per bubble can view a property at one time and each of those people need to complete this form individually.
Covid-19 Level 3 Safe Practice Guidelines – Viewings & Purchasers – 28 April 2020 - I have received and have had explained a copy of First National Reid and Wilson's Safe Practice Guidelines and confirm I give consent for private viewings to take place in line with these guidelines.
- I am not feeling unwell or have not been unwell within the last 14 days.
- That I have not been overseas (including airport transit)
- I have not been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- I am aware of my obligation to notify First National Reid and Wilson of any change in health within the last 14 days or of a viewing taking place to ensure that the necessary measures may be taken to stop any possible spread of Covid-19 and to allow contact tracing to take place in need.
